Successful applicants will be invited for an initial interview with representatives from the relevant business area and Human Resources, if successful the applicant will be called back for a second interview with members of the management team.
The recruitment process will also provide the opportunity for candidates to learn more about the firm, the business and the job roles.

A flexible training programme with exposure to our whole business
• Immediate and direct involvement in the business
• Ongoing support through close team relationships
• A line manager responsible for conducting performance and development reviews
• Human Resources will provide support and information on technical and personal development training needs
•Regular review meetings with your manager, mentor and Human Resources. Feedback from graduates is encouraged.
